Located just miles from Marbella beach in Guanacaste, this lovely finca is poised to be the prefect respite for a family estate farm, wellness center, yoga retreat, or just simply, a place to get away from it all.
There are over two hundred acres here. I am a nature nut and when I went to see this beautiful mountain property I was astounded by all the wildlife I saw just in an hour or so. There were helicopter damselflies, howler monkeys, purple trumpet trees, yellow flowered trees that serve as the sole nesting trees for yellow-naped parrots, and large freshwater shrimp in the river that meanders along the border of the finca. There is a natural ravine that produces a waterfall during the rainy season. There is also a natural spring of water on the property that produces a full creek. There is no shortage of water here for any type of development. The ocean views here are nothing short of spectacular. Mountain views to the east include the tallest in all of the area. No matter what direction you are looking your senses will be appeased.
This property is tucked away in the mountains of Guanacaste. However, it is only about 40 minutes to the county seat of Santa Cruz and about the same to the hustle and bustle of the the entire Pacific coasts tourism town of Tamarindo. Access to the property will be easy, and just over an hour, from the Liberia International airport. If your friends, family, or clients are coming from San Jose they can easily take the flight to Tamarindo and get a shuttle through the jungle to arrive at this property in no time. The road that hugs the property on the north side takes you down to the beach in 20 minutes.
