Hi, I’m Rosemarie Loza.

Ten years ago, my husband and I moved to Costa Rica with our two children in search of a healthier lifestyle, closer to nature and a strong sense of community.

Before transitioning into real estate, I practiced as a dentist for 39 years in my home country — a profession that taught me the value of trust, care, and truly being of service to others.

Through our own journey, we naturally became a resource for friends and families looking to make a similar transition — helping them find homes, schools, and settle into the area.

That experience led me into real estate, where I now combine local knowledge, personal insight, and a genuine passion for helping others find not just a property, but a place to truly feel at home.
