Kelly Moons

Kelly is from Belgium and first came to Costa Rica in 2012 to study Spanish for a few months. That experience not only helped her learn a new language, but it also completely changed her life. It was then that she met her future husband, a Costa Rican. They have now been together for 12 years, are married, and have two children. After living a few years in Belgium, they decided to return to Costa Rica to start a new project: opening their own Airbnb.

Since then, Kelly and her husband have personally managed every aspect of their accommodation. They enjoy meeting people from all around the world, helping their guests, and guiding them to discover the best of Costa Rica.

Before starting their Airbnb, Kelly worked for several years as a hostess in customer service. That experience helped her develop strong communication skills and a deep sense of customer care. This is why she was thrilled when the opportunity arose to work with Coldwell Banker as an executive assistant, allowing her to continue working closely with clients and providing professional support.

Kelly speaks four languages: Dutch, French, Spanish, and English, which enables her to connect easily with people from different cultures and offer warm, efficient, and personalized service.
