Dimitri Casadei

I was born on June 14, 1996, in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. My childhood unfolded in a peaceful village up north, where the beauty of nature was always my companion.

After completing my education in "insurance and risk management," I embarked on a five-year journey as a certified insurance agent in Switzerland's financial domain. However, in 2020, Costa Rica entered my life, casting an enchanting spell on me with its stunning landscapes, rich culture, and distinct way of life. Following a year of immersive exploration, 2021 marked my decision to anchor myself permanently in this captivating land.

While traversing Costa Rica's diverse landscapes and delving into local customs, I transformed my previous photography experience into a venture as an independent real estate photographer. This path led me to a pivotal moment in 2022 when I joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Realty, under the esteemed guidance of Matt Rosensteele and Larry Graziano. Taking on the mantle of a diversified role, it encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from orchestrating real estate tours and digital marketing strategies to conducting comprehensive data research.

Aligned with the ethos of the company, I am honored to serve as a trusted right-hand to Matt Rosensteele, consistently displaying unwavering commitment to my role. Beyond the professional realm, I've seamlessly woven myself into the vibrant fabric of Playa Junquillal's local community, embracing the genuine warmth and camaraderie shared by its residents.

Outside of my professional commitments, you might find me peacefully fishing or embarking on explorations of Costa Rica's awe-inspiring landscapes. My journey in the real estate industry is underpinned by a steadfast work ethic and a genuine passion for the field. My aspiration is to deepen my understanding of Costa Rica's real estate landscape while wholeheartedly contributing to the Coldwell Banker Pacific Realty family.
