We spent more than a year researching the idea of buying a home in Costa Rica.  Somewhere along the way in 2020, we stumbled upon some YouTube posts from Matt and then a listing that we thought was what we were looking for.  When CR opened up to travel, we decided to take a chance and booked a trip during the week of Thanksgiving.
