Larry Graziano

We've been working with Larry for the last few years.  We travel to Costa Rica each year for vacation and would like to retire there.  Larry keeps us in the loop as to what's available.  He also makes time for us when we are on vacation to look at properties or just to catch up.  We are still doing our homework, but one of these days, we'll be ready...thanks to Larry!

Throughout the entire process, from listing to final closing, during Covid no less, he was communicative, helpful, honest and effective. We sold and the only thing that makes me unhappy is that we most likely will not speak with him as regularly
